The quality I got during this move and the fact that they kept in contact with me during the whole time. The delivery was suppose to be on Saturday afternoon, but it wasn't. The movers came the following Friday because they were rerouted on Saturday. Iwas upset because they didn't call & let me know. 0 The delivery team was kind, considerate and took care of everything inthe move. The delivery team made this a very pleasant move. The driver was very personable and fun. I could tell the driver liked his job. The driver took care of my items. 20050927 I never dreamed the move could go so smoothly. I expected problems: lost goods, late delivery. But, nothing like that happened. We are thrilled. The driver most influenced my rating. Out of all the times I've moved,this was the most professional driver. I believe his name was Emery and he did an excellent job. Management should recommend him. The movers were always in communication with me, answered all of my questions,very careful and did what they said they would. The customer srvc & how nice they were. The team did not scratch our walls or damage our funiture. The driver was really good. Everything was on time. The way the furniture was handled was very good. The rep was very nice, and everything was set up really well. It was a good experience. This was an overall good experience. My questions were answered promptly. The coordinator was especially helpful and kept open communication with me throughout the entire process.
