The sales person was excellent. I would prefer to have the survey via e-mail. I think it would be easier to do the survey via e-mail. This is my second time using Allied, and they have good punctuality, stay true to their word, and their overall treatment of the customer is good. I've done many moves, and I've used Allied before. I just think Allieddoes a better job. The agent I dealt with in particular was fabulous. The coordinators in Alabama never answer the phone. When I call, I have to leave a message. The coordinators do call me back right away though. The congeniality and the promptness. I like the way I was treated, which was in a professional manner. The promptness and being able to reach a representative and the driverwhen necessary. The crew was really careful and no damage occurred. The packingwas perfect and the cost was pretty good. 55 The overall move was great, the delivery team and rep were attentive to detail, knowledgeable and very professional. The delivery team was conscientious and were attentive in caring for my items. The crew that picked up was outstanding. This was the best overall move I've ever had and I have moved about twenty times. Allied arrived when they said they would. Allied did a good job of packing my items before they made my move. They were timely, efficient, they cleaned up after themselves, prompt and polite. The packing was exceptional. Even in the blizzard, they managed to arrive on time.
