Like I said Allied will not get anything less than a five from me every aspect of the delivery was very satisfactory. They packed very well and used care loading and unloading and tended to myspecial needs. The worker Juan worked very hard and so did the other workers. Everything went very well. I didn't have any big problems except somebreakage. I will be happy as long as that gets taken care of. There was only one man who packed and drove the truck, was fabulous, took care of us and I'd recommend the same driver to anyone. I rated a 10 b/c the del tm did good work, they were on time and they worked hard. The driver and crew was exceptional and they worded very hard. The crew had to really hump to carry my items to my home; b/c I asked for them to use a small truck/they didn Allied was very responsible w/all my goods and communication was very good. I stayed in contact in w/the drivers and everyone was very professional. The driver was in contact w/me all the time. My items were in storage for fourteen years. Everything was handled excellently. No damages were involved. The other mover I used, damaged some of my books. It was very simple, I made a phone call and someone showed for the estimate. The next day they came and packed. Nothing was broken,the crew was very easy to work with,overall it was a good experience. The driver, Randy, was excellent. The driver had very good communication and had excellent help to load and unload. The crew was really good. I was worried, but the move went off withouta hitch. The crew was really good to work with, and were trustworthy.
