The overall move process from beginning to end was professional and provided with good customer service. Tom the driver went above and beyond to struggle to take care of my move.He wasvery considerate of my move. Everything reached the same destination without breaking. The driver and crew were friendly people. There was no problem with directions. The delivery was on time. Allied was very responsible w/all my goods and communication was very good. I stayed in contact in w/the drivers and everyone was very professional. The driver was in contact w/me all the time. The rep that I met with was very honest and really nice. The rep really helped me out. The rep was also really efficient. It was very simple, I made a phone call and someone showed for the estimate. The next day they came and packed. Nothing was broken,the crew was very easy to work with,overall it was a good experience. The whole process , the way they handled my stuff the two men took care of there job. They went ahead and took care of their business and they were gentlemen. The loaders packed my items carefully. The loaders were also helpful,polite, and gave me advice about my move. Overall it was a great experience. There is nothing to complain about. The driver was wonderful everything was done with care. The sales associate was extremely polite, and helpful. He did everything he said he would, and followed through with everything.
