I was very satisfied with the entire move process. Everyone was very professional, efficient, careful and responsive. There were no problems. The professionalism of the team. I have someone's box at my houseand I would like for someone to call me to see when they will be able to pick up the box. They packed very well and used care loading and unloading and tended to myspecial needs. The worker Juan worked very hard and so did the other workers. Everything that I was promised happened. Things were done on a timely basis. I do have a box that arrived and it is not mine. They are working on getting it to the correct party. There was no trouble during the delievery. The move was made safely and handled by hard workers. I am satisfied with the move. From the original rep up until the end of the move, everyone was very attentative and helpful. I was moving under very hard circumstances, but Allied made it very easy. The people were very professional, and the service was good. The service that I recv was the best that I have ever had. Tom the driver went above and beyond to struggle to take care of my move.He wasvery considerate of my move. The crew was extremely careful, the communication between the crew andmyself was good. Everything ended up in the right place. I was extremely impressed and this was the best move I've ever had. The moving crew was excellent. I live on the fourth floor and there aren't any elevators. The crew didn't complain & were very professional.
