The fact that Allied came to my house, instead of online, that was the selling point for me, that someone actually came out. The exceptional driver and the professionalism demonstrated throughoutthe move influenced my rating of a 10. The delivery team was caring, courteous, polite and careful. The driver was very customer service oriented. The driver came to my house the day before to help us pack. There was shifting during the move. The shifting w The company did a good job. The crew was courteous and careful. Nothing was broken. I have moved 6 times, and items were wrapped tightly. I have used Allied Van Lines before. The packers did an extremely good job in 1 1/2 days. Everything was handled professionally. This was one of the better moves I have I gave this rating based on the overall professionalism of everyone I dealt with. The moving experience was delightful. Allied did what they said they would do at the time they said. They handled everything as if it was their own, there was no damages. This was our second time using Allied because everyone is customer friendly andvery professional, courteous, and efficient. Everything about this move was wonderful. The move was made very easy. Everything was quick, the communication was there and it seemed like the packers packed our things well. We haven't opened everything, but so far so good. The communications with Cassius was great and Tracy,his helper, were excellent, it was a good experience.
