The whole experience and communication was fine and, the people calledme back right away and, Allied was concerned. Because everything was delivered on time, the driver and crew were very nice people, and I have two things broken that I packed. The driver explained everything thoroughly and was helpful. He checked everything to ensure that everything came and was communicative. I think his name was Danny. I have been using Tippit Richardson in Toronto for the last 10 years on several moves with satisfaction. The timing for the move.T he items were delivered on time. The crew was careful and professional. I was very satisfied with the move from Texas to Las Vegas. Everything went well. I moved with this company before; they return calls and If I had a question and they didn't have an answer they would call back with the correct answer. Everything went well. Pat, the local agent, was great. When our goods were not delivered she stayed on the phone and made sure we knew what was goingon. I thought the company did a good job and was very careful with everything. I think the driver and the head of the packing crew did a very goodjob picking up and delivering. Everybody was polite, on time and helpful. The coordinator was very available for any questions or concerns I may have had. Outside of the price, I was pleased with the overall experience. I wasleaving some items behind andthe Allied representative mistakenly included themin the estimate. It was all cleared up eventually.
