The crew both packed and loaded including the driver were awesome. I cannot say enough good things about them. It was a pleasant experience. The overall experience was very pleasant. The driver and crew stayed throughout the entire process. We've used Allied before and we knew what to expect when we chose Allied this time. The movers did an extremely great job; they were on time and seemed topack everything nicely. There were a couple of problems. The professionalism of the allied employees was wonderful, and the movers and driver was wonderful and nice. The crew had a good personality. The crew were sensitive and acted asif they were moving their ownfurniture. The crew was attentitive to the overall move. Everything was picked up and delivered on time. There were a few things broken but overall the move was excellent. The rep in California called and explained everything very well. The rep was very impressive with his knowledge from everything with the move and down to any other questions or concerns I had. They did a good job of getting my stuff out of storage. They had sometrouble. They did it in a timely fashion. They were very careful and fast. They just didn't move one box at a time. It was nonstop. They were careful with my items and cleaned up. Everything was great. The unloading process has not been completed yet. Overall, they did a good job, showed up when they said, did what they said. Everything was done professionally.
