The friendliness of the staff I dealt with. They were proficient and took personal care of my things. They delivered my things with the same care in which they would have delivered their own. The staff was exceptional. The company was fantastic. The driver and crew worked fast, were friendly and even put the bed together. The men made my move so much easier and they were fantastic. The serv rep completed everything the way it was said,and compared to other companies Allied got everything right. Everything was perfect. The crew was on time, verycourteous, placed myitems in its appropriate places,delivered my items damage free. The entire crew from beginning to end was very professional and courteous, that influenced my rating the most. The crew was courteous, punctual, kept me informed of everything, and was careful with everything. The crew called several times to make sure of the delivery time. The loading and unloading process was excellent. They did not have the best conditions to work in and they did not complain at all. Allied did a great job with everything, coordinating everything even when I wasn't there. They just did everything well. The delivery team was on time for everything, the communication with Allied was excellent and the team was very nice. Only two items were damaged. Allied handled my antique items very carefully and I was pleased. The driver was efficient and did a good job.
