Because they were there when they promised and they handled my thingswith care. Also, my husband had surgery and they asked about him and our children. I thought that was really wonderful. The whole process went smoothly, the driver was very polite, careful and very thorugh in how they hendled things. The overall handling of items,and thier patience,as well as their thoroughness in completing the job. The goods were del when promised the driver was very communitive on the road and the crew and estimator was thorough. My rating was influenced because everything that happened, was done ontime, and I didn't have to worry about anything. I am totally satisfied with how the move went. The pick up, delivery and communication was excellent. I was just impressed with everything that happened, they kept in contact with me, they were careful. I didn't mind having them in my house. They were really nice people. I've moved a lot of times in my life and this was by far the most easiest. The crew was very professional. The professionalism of everybody not just the driver, the crew, overall everybody was great, even the packers. Nothing was damaged and the communication was good. Our items were picked up on Saturday afternoon & delivered the next day. The crew was on time for the pick up & delivery. It was a stress free and enjoyable experience. I would do it again.
