Everyone I dealt with was kind and punctual. I was told the company would take a cashier check at the day of delivery, but they weren't able to take a check. When I called, they were very courteous. They tried to meet the date I wanted. They couldn't, but they got as close as they could. They were very polite. I was there the whole time, so I watched them. Allied Vanlines have great communications with their customers. The driver and the crew were very professional and they were on time with the loading and unloading of my goods. The courtesy that I got from everybody I dealt with. That's from the driver to the coordinator in the office. I used Allied for a previous move and it went well. The overall move process was great from start to finish. Everything was painless. My sister moved several times and she recommended Allied and said she they stick to the estimates and are careful w/the items. That was my experience w/Allied. I rated a 10 because I didn't have to pay for the service,somebody else paid for the delivery for me. The way the crew was so careful unloading, putting things where I wanted, and moving items. Everything went smoothly. It was just a very good overall experience. The salesman at my home was very positive and gave me a reasonable price. They also assured me that the move would be completed in the time frame I needed. We have used Allied in the past for a move and they did well at everything from the original quote to the actual move. It was great and I had no problems.
