My sister used them before and I saw what they were like. They handledthe furniture well, they were polite, and worked well. I went into very hesitantly b/c I had heard horror stories about Allied but I would recommend them & I would use Allied again. The whole process was professional. They called us if they were going to be late. The crew was great. This is the first time I've used Allied and I would use them again. The driver was kind and prompt. They were careful maneuvering the truck into the driveway. They were friendly and personable. What most influenced me was the professionalism. The driver and crew was friendly and helpful. I was satisfied with the service. From start to finish, everything came off the way it was supposed to. I thought the crew and driver was great and outstanding. Everyone was professional and made the move fun. The extra care in the way things were wrapped, theway they went out oftheir way to see that everything was done correct. I really liked the crew (Rick and Tom). I totally felt secure with them moving my items. I have told many people about their wonderful services. I would commend the crew who came to pack and load. They were friendly, communicated well and listened. The work was efficiently done. I have 2 white area rugs that came out of the truck with stains along the edges. They probably should have been wrappe The movers were on time, polite and professional. They were careful, quickand they reassembled my furniture.
