My rating was influenced by the packing crew. They were excellent. I would highly recommend the people that loaded everything. Exellent service. The crew did what they said theywere going to do on time. The crew was courteous and efficient. I know the owner and this is why I constantly go back and use them for moving. I always receive great service. The service and the promptness. Everything was done so quickly I didn't even have to think. It was a good process all around. Just how smoothly everything went; how professional the crew was. Everyone was polite and friendly did their jobs very well. Everything arrive safely. There was one man in charge of the whole truck. Nothing was damaged. I didn't know it was going to be one man unloading my goods. The fact that everything arrived safely. The communication with the representative. The representative returnedmy call when I needed them. I was very satisfied. The crew was very polite andcourteous. 55 Everybody who helped from the driver to the person who did the estimate and the delivery team, was very friendly and communicated very well.
