How friendly everyone was. The driver and the crew in Chicago were friendly. I've had past experiences where the crew was sketchy and this was stress free. Everything went smoothly. The way they packed everything. They wrapped the items with padding and then shrink-wrapped it. They were very protective with items. I received a phone call from Allied asking for a check when my dad had already paid for the service. The delivery person was very considerate The fast turnaround, & they were able to work with my circumstances. Also the driver was just great, very thoughtful and careful with my goods. Allied Van lines stuck with their price, they arrived on time and left on time. The drivers and the crew packed and organized our things correctly. They even delivered our goods to the right rooms. The two gentlemen that unloaded everything was great. The other moving companies could not come close to be as good as these guys. The driver. Both the driver and the crews were excellent. Eddie was fantastic and kept me informed of what was going on. Eddie was extremely helpful. It was better than expected. I was impressed with the crew's professionalism. They made a mistake, brought it to my attention and I respected that very much. We have used Allied in the past and we knew when we moved that we were going to use them again. We requested the packers we had before. We had a wonderful experience. I really liked their good customer service. I also liked the company that was used to pick up my items.
