Everything was done as promised but the only negative part was that I didn't get a call from the driver to see when he will be arriving and I had to call the representative. I was totally satisfied with both of the moves I've used Allied with. I appreciated the fact that the driver stayed the same throughout the move. Everything was packed carefully and the driver was very organized. It was a pleasure, he was also very courteous and it was a wonderful move. I was satisfied with the level of service that was provided to me, the movers did a good job, and was there on time. The service was good, they were here when they said. They contacted me when there was a little delay. The communication with the people in the office and the rep was excellent. The driver was very good at communicating and concerned that everything was going right. The driver was professional and friendly. The punctuality of the move, the carfulness of the driver and the crew, and the committment to meeting the scheduled times. The overall care for my belongings and the driver were wonderful. Thedriver was definitely a big plus. Everything was top notch, in fact my wife is sending out a letter about the outstanding performance of the driver. My husband, and I were happy with the move. The quick response on questions, the handleing of the move, and the storage.
