This was the second time I used Allied it went extremely smooth I didn't have any problems whatsoever. The overall move was perfect and we had no problems. The delivery driver, David Lopez was professional and I recommend his promotion, perfect, polite, cared about my furniture and communicated great. The driver, packing, professionalism and everything. I have a new appreciation of the hard work these ppl do. The sales agent. If wasn't for him I would not have picked Allied. He cared about me and he was very customer orientated. Alan, the driver was great. He got the crew there on time and stayed in contact with us throughout the move. The people that I dealt with on both ends and the driver. Of all the times that I have been moving I have never been so pleased. I liked the commuication and how everything happened the way it happened. I liked the driver and I was satisfied w/ the way everything was coordinated. The curtosey of the movers. They called and let me know what they weredoing when they arrived at my home. Overall it was the care, the attention, and the way they treated my furniture. I've had problems in the past with other moving companies. I was very impressed with everyone and the communication. The professionalism and the fact that I moved halfway across the country and so far I only lost one item.
