The price was good. It was lower than any other estimate I received. The professionalism of the office staff and driver influenced my rating. The movers were very prompt and courteous and did not make any promises that the movers could not keep. The driver and crew were very courteous, nice and patient. The driver and crew took their time. I needed to call my daughter with questions about my move and the driver let me use the cell phone. The level of service I received. The crew was professional and they did what they promised would be done. The driver was very professional, courteous, nice, patient, fun to be around, and had a great sense of humor. The driver made my move very stress free. I really enjoyed my move becauseof the driver. The service was very positive but the only problem I had was the driver was not able to call ahead of time to let us know when he would be there because he didn't have a cell phone.
