The movers and the drivers were very polite and friendly. They worked very hard and kept in contact with me throughout the move. I want to be contacted immediately by the client. I have a mark on my head board and I want to know how to take care of that. The driver did a great job. The driver and the coordinator provided great service for me and my elderly mother. The driver is going out of his way to bring back two boxes thatwere left on the truck back to me. The care that the movers took in wrapping things and asking where things went influenced my rating. I recently had surgery and they were extra helpful, polite , and courteous. I liked the updates. The moving company was very professional and careful with how they treated everything. I was very pleased with the move. I didn't have any broken items. From the very beginning when I had the appointment, the rep called me to tell me he was running late. I was impressed by the manner I was treated. The crew on both ends were wonderful. The people throughout the whole move were absolutely fantastic. Everything breakable has been unpacked and we have found nothing even chipped. The movers did everything right. Allied was on time with everything, did everything they were supposed to do in a timely manner. I knew where my stuff was and when they would be delivered. Allied worked with me and everything was good. They had great speed during the process. Everything were put together professionally. The move was as the representative said it would be. The movers were professional.
