The overall move experience was good, but not complete because I am still waiting for the for the refund for the second load process because I did notuse it. The driver was very good about keeping me updated about the delivery time.I talked to him several times on the road and the delivery was made when it wasconvenient for me. I was very happy. 0 The carefulness of all the people involved is what influenced my rating. They were considerate and wonderful. The delivery team was polite, on time, and efficient. The representative and driver were excellent, polite, and nice. They were also efficient. 20050927 I've used other moving companies in the past and Allied is the best by comparison. I am very satisfied with the service. Everyone was very nice and helpful at explaining how everything would work and the crew was on time for the loading and unloading. The professionalism of the entire move. I was quoted one price, but when the move was complete it was $400 more. The agent, crew and driver in Seattle did everything that they were supposed to. The driver and crewwere on time and careful. The driver was excellent. He was a very good guy. His name was Dave McDonald and he did an excellent job. He took his time and got the truck in where it needed to be.
