The workers that came out were amicable, easy going and cared about me and my family, the del team was careful with my things and still delivered in a timely manner. An agreement with my church that allows me a discounted rate and the fact that Allied Van Lines seemed to be the only local movers in my area. The communication, and Allied called me everyday of the move. If Allied said they were going to arrive at a certain time, they arrived at that time. Allied was also very friendly, I enjoyed the move. The driver is the person that I was in contact with the most during our move. Also, we ordered a crate to have our glass table moved in, but neverreceived that crate during the move. The overall move process was handled very well.The people that I dealtwith were very good people and did a great job. The movers were very polite and I had a great crew who answered any question that I had. The crew was very helpful. Mostly the contact with both the driver and the agent who did the write up. They called me to check up on everything. I did get good service from everyone involved and I feel that everything was handled promptly although everything is still packed and in the storage unit. The service was excellent. There was no damaged items, the communication was strong, the driver and crew were punctual. I was very happy with the service. The driver had great communication skills, he was very professional and nice. The driver treated my items with care and respect.
