The service went well. Two items were scratched and a chair fell apartyesterday. I am awaiting a repair to the furniture. The level of professionalism. There was a little bit of a miscommunication on Allied's behalf, but they made it up to me. I appreciate the service. The driver and the packers came on time to pack myitems. Overall, I amvery pleased with the serviceI received during the move. Allied did everything that was expected and they were wonderful, hardworkers, took only two small breaks the whole time. The crew was done faster than we expected. The mover took good care of us. I have used allied3 times and have been satisfied everytime. We wereexpecting a call back for when they were goingto unpack our things. Ed Simmons, the president was very personable and attentive. Another outstanding person was Lester, the driver who did an outstanding job in treating my items as if it was his own. Ed Simmons, the president followed up with The same crew packed, loaded and unloaded. The crew was very professional, efficient and respectful.The crew was great. The agent and driver were professional. The packers and the crew did an excellent job. The truck was clean. From start to finish, everyone was extremely professional and did everything they said they would do. Everybody who I spoke with was very friendly and informative. They kept me up to date on everything. They seemed genuinely concerned that my goods got there.
