Because the Agent who came out gave me a good price,the tm came to work and the driver told the tm to listen to me and the driver. So far the moving has gone smoothly and I like it. Everything was really precise and the crew was careful. The ppl were nice and this was a good experience. It was like clock-work. The crew was on time, had good communication,called the day before, and did a good job. I had no problems. The del tm came in and got to work. The del tm also were careful not to track mud on my new house and asked where I wanted to have everything placed. The del tm was very professional with the process. There was nothing I was dissatisfied with. They did what they said they would and did it when they said they would. It took only forty minutes to pick up and move all of my furniture. It was great. I thought they did a good job. There was only one thing broken, a picture. It went smoothly. They didn't tear up my carpet or nick the walls. Overall it was a good move. The interaction with the driver like the fact that it was the same person who loaded and unloaded our items and for that reason he was careful. The driver and crew was careful loading and unloading,the crew was also considerate. The crew helped place my furniture where I wanted to go and they was on time. I had two antique items & the movers wrapped the antiques for me. The overall move was satisfactory to us the movers were very accommodating & careful. Everyone did such a good job with the coordination, pack, and unpacking. I don't have any complaints.
