Overall service was good. Cost was accurate, picked up and delivered in a timely fashion. Everything worked well. The level of service I received. The crew was professional and they did what they promised would be done. The driver and crew was professional, on time, worked quickly and keptme inform on what was going on. Allied was very reliable. The overall move was wonderful. The driver, packers, and unloaders were good. The way everyone handled our furniture was good. The bid was matched with another moving company. We were able to get boxes from Allied. Allied went above and beyond. The care with which the driver and crew treated mybelongings. The movecoordinator kept in touch by cell phone throughout the move and we pulled into the driveway within 5 minutes of each other. I have to iron two walk in closet full of clothes b/c the clothes were laiddown and not up on the hangers. The driver and the person who handled the move influenced my rating. The price of the move was not costly. The crew was nice and considerate. The Allied representative that visit my home was professional. I had a very good experience w/Allied. We did not know what to expect and we thought it would be difficult but it was not. The crew was friendly and efficient and packed everything well. Everything was packed nicely and nothing was broken. The driver was helpful and knew what he was doing. Everything was wrapped well. The crew was on time and courteous.
