Everything went super smooth they did everything they were supposed todo as well as I could hope for. The delivery was just as I was told. The packers & loaders where friendly & careful not to cause any damage. I was happy with the way my furniture was handled. The flexibility, all the people I interfaced with were competent, and nice. And also I felt really comfortable with the movers, I have moved five times in two years and Allied movers are the best. Just the care that the driver showed throughout the move, the whole thing was nice. It was a great move. There was one gentleman that the driver, and his brother hired and I don't think he was very good. This person kept on finding things that didn't fit, The Allied representative was professional. The packers, loaders and unloaders provided the move with ease. I enjoyed working with Michelle, she was very knowledgeable and went out of her way. She had a sick child and called me from home to make sure the move went smoothly. The loading crew that first showed up was drunk so I requested another crew. I asked th Some of the material off the furniture was scrapped off a little bit. Whatwas brown is now white. The man who packed up my stuff took care of things. I enjoyed the professionalism. The driver and crew were excellent. 55 I appreciated the fact that the delivery team delivered the full load to my home,instead of not delivering everything at once. The people who loaded and packed had a good attitude. The crew was able toload and unload. I was very impressed with the salesperson. The salesperson wasvery professional. 0 I was not present for loading but I was for the unloading and I was treated very courteously in everything that I asked for. My husband also said he was very pleased on his end as well.
