The delivery was just great. My rating was influenced by the driver, which was a nice person w/ a nice personality. They showed a lot of concern. The prices were good and the communication was excellent. The driver let me know their location the whole time. Everybody was careful and there wasn't a lot of damage. The professionalism and the timeliness. There was a flat communication issue. The driver was not aware the crew had to do a full unpack, which required 1 and 2 days. The driver called the company, and another crew came to finish the job. The overall service influenced my rating. I appreciate the fact that there were no hidden costs. Allied was very knowledgeable and was up-front about the costs. It was the professionalism of the movers. They stayed in contact with me all the way through the move and really made me feel comfortable. The overall experience. The price was very resonable. The coordinator told me to go online and check out other movers to see if they were reputable. I was only dissatisfied with the unloaders not cleaning up and takingthe boxes away after the unloading process. The level of communication, the delivery crew was very nice and efficient and the driver was very professional and personable. The whole process was just smooth, overall it was a very good move. All the people I delt with were just wonderful.
