I was satisfied with the way they handled everything, everything was exceptional. We moved several times and this was the best experience. The crew that picked up was outstanding. This was the best overall move I've ever had and I have moved about twenty times. The crew was very careful and thorough. The communication went well and I was up to date on all the procedures. The service I received was fabulous. The experience with the driver.The driver unloaded and loaded the items.The driver let me know when the delivery was coming. Allied's personal interest in care and how they do a good job with packing, loading, and delivering my belong. We moved five times before with Van Lines. The driver and salespersonhave always showed us care andrespect. It was snowing and Adam and Tim took great care not to damage the floor coverings in our new home . This is our 3rd relocation in 6 years. Adam and Tim were very professional. Adam and Tim took care of our items. The crew was very careful in moving my grandmother's antique furniture over sixty years old. They wrapped and packed it accordingly. The follow up for what I requested so the follow up process was great. The Allied team was very polite and helpful. The crew that did the loading and unloading, Scott, and Darin was outstanding. Scott and Darin was very clear, handled everything very well, and was very professional throughout the experience.
