There was nothing for me to complain about, everything arrived in perfect condition. Everything was the way it was supposed to be. The service influenced my rating. Both crews were good at what they did. The people were good with the packing, loading and unloading. The driver was very professional and the crew was nice people. The packers did a good job packing. The driver came back to assemble my bed after they left.
