The driver and crew were just excellent. There was no damage at all. The crew put everything together and in the correct place. I couldn't have asked for more. The overall move and communication. I had a last minute change and everyone was professional and worked through it. The delivery cost less than any other company. The team packed up everything without me being there and my wife and young daughter felt safe. Everything in general all the way down, the whole move. Karen who set up the move was perfect. Everything was explained to me. The thoroughness of everything. They talked to me and was very careful. They put coverings down and on the banisters. They were very conscientious on both ends. The crew that did the unloading made sure everything was unloaded correctly, placed properly and it was excellent srvc. Allied was very professional, quick, careful, nice, and did a good job. Everything was done as promised, the movers were extremely careful and everything arrived just fine. I was told that we would receive a rebate because we paid more than we should have due to the weight of our items. Everything was good. Everybody was careful at pickup.
