The initial rep, Dave Kitzmiller,& the driver, Greg Upchurch influenced me the most. I felt lucky an I feel that without the delivery wouldn't have been as great. I thought the care and all the people involved in our move was great. I had one thing damaged during the packing. Allied was very courteous and did everything they were supposed to do. We were very satisfied with the service. This is the first time I've used a moving service, but I would say thedriver did a real good job about explaining the process. The driver kept in contact and was really workable overall. The timing was perfect and the communication was excellent. This made the process much easier. I moved before and I used a local Van Lines and I had broken items. But, this wasn't the case with Allied The customer service that I received was good. The agent took care of me in every aspect of the process, was pleasant and professional as well. The friendliness of everyone involved from the agent who came to the house to everyone on the phone and also the driver was friendly. I have moved alot and I think this is the most courteous and thorough delivery team I have had so far. Everything about the move was great. The rest of my furniture will be delivered in about two or three weeks. This is based on the professional job done, and Allied did everything they said they were going to do.
