The delivery crew arrived on time, did what was supposed to be done, and my overall move went smoothly. The price was excellent. The price was right in the range of my budget. Actually the price was lower. The crew and driver were careful with my belonings. The driver was promt and made an a genuine effot to keep me informed throughout the move. The whole experience, from the time I called, until they delivered my furniture. It could not have been a nicer experience. Not a scratch on anything. It took two days to load the truck the first time. The truck was too smalland there was only three men. However, the whole experience was fine . The driver,unloaders and loaders I would recommend Allied especially with this particular driver in my name. The delivery team was very careful. The delivery team was punctual. The delivery team communicated well. The driver and crew were efficient in telling me what was going to be done. I had special needs which were met. I was quite satisfied with the service that I received. The personable service from the driver and crew was fantastic. The rep from the local company Pickens and Kane was very attentive, it was good customer service. The crew was very attentive and very accessible for questions. They made themselves available, Overall the move was very good. Pick up and delivery crew were on time. We were extremely happy about the whole move.
