The courtesy, detail, the communication, everything was as smooth as possible. I would use them again and recommend them in a heart beat. Tony Foster was superb. Everything went smoothly. I had an item that was crated, and I was not told about the extra fee. I was disappointed because I didn't think it was fair for the driver to collect it, I want to make sure he gets paid. The move went very smoothly. I was also very pleased with the communication I had with the coordinator who planned my move. The driver and crew that loaded and unloaded my items was great. I was also very satisfied with the contact that I had with the Allied agent, Bruce, who coordinated my move. I've used Allied before and had good results w/ them. I felt comfortable w/ the price and the overall experience was good. I knew all of the people who worked in Allied's customer service and they were extremely professional, reliable, courteous and friendly. I have used Allied many times before with great success. Overall allied was very organized. My driver was great and delivered my items when promised. Everyone at Allied was easy to work with. The professional attitude of the crew, they were concerned about doingthe job and doing it well.The employees were very skilled.I think the service was great,I would recommend the company. It was an overall good experience. There was a minor damage to a few items but it is okay. I believe that it can be fixed. I was actually recommended to this particular consultant. Overall, everyone did a really good job. I have heard horror stories about movers and we didn't have any.
