The overall experience. The rep was good. The driver and crew packed good, and did a great job. My daughter said the delivery was perfect.
The time of the delivery and some issue with number on the boxes, setup of my bed. They forgot to put a piece on the bed which I had to go back and put it on my self.
The whole process, it was very impressive. The movers were great wrapping my things, the delivery was the same.
The overall professionalism of everybody involved. The coordinator was in every aspect. The driver was friendly and respectful. We were updated throughout the move. We didn't have to call.
The delivery was 2 days late but mostly only plastic bins are broken. The stickers didn't stay on some boxes so that makes it hard to know if I have everything. No one called about a del time. My delivery was 2 days late b/c I was told it was in the warehouse and no one wanted to move it. My move in 2007 was great though.
The ease of packing most influenced my rating. I didn't do anything. They took care of pretty much everything. The local agent was also the mover. I was told that I have unpacking as part of my package. The crew was reluctant to unpack. I have a disability. There were some communication issues.
The customer service was great. I liked the follow up I got from the rep in Seattle. The rep was very reachable and I was happy with the price.
The professionalism of how they packed every item. I like how they packed the furniture. It's better than my moving experiences in the past.
They did a pretty good job they were efficient, They took all the cords, it was a little difficult putting them back together they didn't keep the cords together, that was the only issue I had.
I liked the way everything was handled & we were kept in contact through everything. The coordinator, Nora, stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. The driver was fine but I was not happy with the helper. The helper did not want to be there, no personality & was the complete opposite of driver.
I'm satisfied with the service, but I am concerned about the rate and that is why I gave it a 07. That was something that the team could not accommodate.
