The efficiency of everything. From the salesman who came to our house, down to the guy who unloaded our items, they were all very courteous and did a good job. Everybody was amazing, the move went really fast and it was a really good experience. Everything about the move was perfect. I've done many moves, and I've used Allied before. I just think Allieddoes a better job. The agent I dealt with in particular was fabulous. My brother was orignally organizing the move and having a hard time. Isuggested Allied based on a friend's recommendation. The overall move went verysmoothly and the salesperson was very convincing. The crew both packed and loaded including the driver were awesome. I cannot say enough good things about them. It was a pleasant experience. The delivery team overall was excellent in every way. The woman who coordinated my move was fantastic and on top of the situation. my moving service overall was excellent. My items were in storage for fourteen years. Everything was handled excellently. No damages were involved. The other mover I used, damaged some of my books. The price was excellent. The price was right in the range of my budget. Actually the price was lower. The overall move process. There was damage to one piece of furniture and i'm still waiting on a resolution. The driver was very pleasant, professional and concerned that we were happy, w/ the way the driver treated the furniture.
