It took them 2 full days to pack and another half day to load it, took a day to unload and they were very helpful.

They were very efficient. The packing, loading and delivery was efficient and they are very honest and thoughtful. They found two of my boxes after they left and they brought them back.

When I approached deadline I got good feedback and the agent came to my home. The pick up was on schedule but the delivery date was delayed but it is ok. I was satisfied. The delivery was 4 or 5 days delayed. I got a call from Allied the day before the move. My wife was there so I am not sure of who packed our items.

The driver was willing to work with me. I had a few items that were put into storage instead of being delivered to me now I have to wait 2 months to get those items.

The Warner Donaldson people were absolutely wonderful and it was great working with them. Miscommunication on who would uncrate, the driver was reluctant to do it until I called to see who would do it, but he was courteous and punctual

The crew was very polite, they were aware of my kids, they didn't stop doing their job until I was satis and they were very hardworking. They did a good job in the cold weather. We have missing an item and we are yet to receive any response regarding when the piece would be delivered. Allied did give us money some money back b/c of this issue. We just waiting on the delivery.

Everyone worked very hard, especially the ppl who unloaded in Vegas. There was one item that was broken. Some of the boxes about six to seven. They were pushed down or had heavy things on them.
