It was an overall good experience, but there was a bit of damage done to my clock. The driver called me the day he was arriving, a week earlier. The receiving location didn't want to pick up the boxes at no charge. I hadnever had a move like that.I moved 7 times and they always came back for the boxes.I was told I had to sign up for it. I had three different companies co My overall delivery was good and the representativer that I spoke withwas very helpful.My items were also delivered on time as promised. Everything was done very professional and was verygood. Everybody from the drivers to people did the unloading and loading were very professional and courteous. Overall I was satisfied with everything and I'm not upset about a little damaged because I expected it with the move. The customer service, the friendliness and professionalism of the crew, the fact that the same crew who packed my boxes also loaded them, and I only had one broken item. The crew cared about my furniture. The crew was courteous and had no problems moving my furniture. The crew did a great job. They just did everything that they said. One little problem was, I was quoted one price. Then when he was here, they called asked him to add $650 more. When he did, he added even more than that. The delivery team was professional and careful. The delivery team did what they said and were pleasant. We've used Allied Van Lines in the past and they were efficient, with no damages. Everything went smoothly.
