The delivery team performed ok but my refrigerator door was dented. Thedelivery team worked hard and did everything I wanted. My rating was influenced by the overall quickness and how careful the driver and crew were with my items. The way Allied handled the work. They followed up with me. The loading crew kept us entertained and time flew with them. My parents used them about 20yrs ago,and used them again to move to Freemont Ca.Also a neighbor used them as well, and I thought the move was overall perfect I would recommend to everybody. The experience was much better than I anticipated. I have glass tabletops and nothing was broken or damaged. I've already recommended them to my sister in law who is moving. Everything was on time and nothing was damaged. I also had a tight schedule and they were able to work with me. The driver was courteous and respectful he did everyhthing I asked andhe carried out everything therepresenative told me he ws going to do. I thought the customer service rep was outstanding & they followed through. Everybody who was a part of the crew was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and they did an outstanding job. The mattress was damaged. The crew was careful and good. This was t Allied was recommended to me by my brother. The crew was just perfect.Moving was miserable, but the crew made it perfect. I will definitely recommendAllied again. 55 I loved everything about Allied, only one thing was broken. I was impressed with the follow up call, the unloading and loading of the move.
