I have had Allied move me before, and this move was just as good as the last time. Allied is a good many. I was surprised where Allied stored my items. The location was a long way from my place of residency in Paducah, Kentucky. My items were stored in Ho I was totally satisfied with Allied. Allied arrived on time, and took care of my property, and the crew was nice. The ability of the driver and crew. The crew wa very careful. The driver and reps were in constant communication with me. The driver and crew were very professional. The driver and the Allied contact person were very helpful. The driverwas great and kept us informed throughout the move. The professionalism of the entire move influenced my rating. I have moved quite a few times and never experienced a better move. The estimator and coordinator provided excellent customer service and communication. The driver and crew were excellent and provided a wonderful overall move. The crew and driver were absolutely exceptional, the all deserve a raise they worked in 105 degree weather and never complained. The delivery was suppose to be on Saturday afternoon, but it wasn't. The movers came the following Friday because they were rerouted on Saturday. Iwas upset because they didn't call & let me know. 0 The fact the driver and crew was on time. There was an 11 day window but they came on the early end of the time window. The driver was prompt. Therewere no problems with this move. The company communicated very well, the crew was kind and courteous. The driver was very professional.
