How careful and prompt the crew were. The crew did what was supposed to be done and made the experience very easy. The crew was very nice, friendly and confident. The driver and crew was very hardworking, and very eager to put my mind at ease, but there was a little bit of damage that was done. The movers were very professional, very courteous, and on time. The rep that came to my house, Lloyd, was extremely helpful, very courteous and right on time. Lloyd went beyond the call of duty. Any questions that I had Lloyd responded immediately. The packing went as said. They arrived on time and nloaded very quickly. It was done in one day. I was very happy about that. I had many items that were old and had sentimental value and the del tm was very helpful and were extra cautious. It was a real smooth move, nothing was broken, the crew was very courteous and helpful. They were good w/ the furniture. The driver was so good in communicating in what he was going to do andhelping during the move. He wanted to know where things went and gave suggestion for placing things in my home. Exceptional aid.
