The communication that I had with the representative was great. The customer service was very helpful in scheduling my delivery. I was overall impressed with my move from Allied Van lines. The driver kept good communication with me. I was promised the del at a certain time but I'm glad the driver arrived a day early. The reps also did agood job. Everything was great. Crew was on time. Packers didn't break anything. There was no chipped furniture and everything was in good condition. Everyone had a great attitude, just as nice as they could be through the process. It was a difficult move, delivered my items to three different places. The entire experience; from the time I spoke w/ the rep, up until my move was compl, everything was very well done. The customer service side followed through and they called us when they said they would. The service was prompt and friendly. The fact that everything was handled on time and carefully. Great communication and the driver was on time to the minute. The crew was phenomenal. Their language was perfect, they were professional, they were here when they said they would be and they unloaded well. The crew carted in the items without any problems. I would recommend Allied because of all of the workers that was involved communicated very well, and was friendly. I think the delivery people did a good job. They were courteous,and careful with how they handled everything.
