Everyone I spoke with and dealt with were professional, very caring and personable. The reps took care of watching the carpet. Everything was top notch. The whole move in general was smooth, and overall it was a good move. The people associated with allied were great and also the people in Washington were great also. They were on time, polite and respectful. They followed directions andwere very careful. They followed my instructions and it was a good atmosphere and they were easy to work with, I'm very pleased. They were very good and the rep that came out was great and everyone got back to me. I have not one bad thing to say about the move, the driver was very good too. There was an incident where my carpet was stained and I thought that Allied should have take From start to finish everybody was cooperative and nice. My daughter and I was extremely satisfied with everything. Everything that the driver and crew did was good. Somewhere along the line, the crew broke a piece of glass but I told the crew not to worry about it. I cannot complain about one thing. The curtosey of the movers. They called and let me know what they weredoing when they arrived at my home. The timing was perfect and the communication was excellent. This made the process much easier. I moved before and I used a local Van Lines and I had broken items. But, this wasn't the case with Allied Everything was accurate. The timing and price was accurate. The delivery team were professional. The delivery team did a great job. The overall service was good. The crew members were extremely nice and professional. Everyone, from the coordinator to the loaders were good.
