The driver, Randy, was excellent. The driver had very good communication and had excellent help to load and unload. We were very satisfied with the delivery. The driver kept in contact and told us when he would be here & coordinating with the people here. We had an enjoyable experience. Just b/c they were on time and everything went like clock work. They showed up and del when they said they would. Also there was no damage to any of my items. From the moment of the estimate to the completion of the move, everyone was nice and excellent. I've had settlements with other companies and I recommend Allied 100%. The rep took time and listened to my needs. The moving crew paid close attention and did what was asked. The drivers were pleasant and fun to be around. I was satisfied with the move. Very professional, communicated what they were going to do. The movers were a pleasure to have in our home. The movers were very patient with the kids. I was satisfied with the entire moving process from beginning to end. I was not dissatisfied with any aspect of my move. Allied was very flexible with the timing of the delivery and the driver also worked well with the delivery. My rating was influenced because I had a short notive for a move and tight time frame for a delivery. Allied got me packed up and moved with a 7 day window, from start to finish. They way they came and got my stuff. They did what was said to be done. They called. There was no damage. I was completely satisfied with my move.
