Everyone was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. The delivery crew tried to comply with everything that we asked of them. The overall movewas a great experience. Overall move had a few unique situations causing us to change deliverydates. But Allied worked with us well. This happened to be a small load and that's not always easy to find companies that handle small loads. They kept me informed and they were always professional. The timing was perfect and the communication was excellent. This made the process much easier. I moved before and I used a local Van Lines and I had broken items. But, this wasn't the case with Allied The people involved particularly the driver, was great. The driver made sure everything was taken care of and had a great attitude. The driver and the crew did not put one scratch on the wall and nothing wasdamaged. The people who did the packing could have labeled items more accurately. The packers were really good. The driver and his crew were outstanding. I was satisfied with the delivery but some of the boxes were not marked correctly and I am still having trouble finding certain things. The prompt service, communication, unpacking of my furniture and placing it. The driver and assistant were very professional. Just the ease of the crew coming in and doing the move.The crew was quick and professional but it was quality. I just think that everybody was wonderful, and Karen in the Armadillo office went above & beyond to help us.
