The crew did a what the crew said they would do. Everything about it was wonderful. I would recommend Allied to anyone. Nothing was broken, the crew was timely. Everything went well. Pat, the local agent, was great. When our goods were not delivered she stayed on the phone and made sure we knew what was goingon. The crew did a wonderful job, however the loading crew wanted an extra charge for picking up debris for me and I was not happy with that. I haven't located the safe and the bronze of Louie Armstrong. The delivery team was on time,prompt,did what promised and care with loading and unloading. The experience was very positive, It was better than I anticipated. Everyone was very friendly and the customer service was superb. Well, just evrybody fronm the gal I talked to fromClancy's Moving and Storage and the crew were veryprofessional. Everyone was very upfront about howmuch thing cost. There were no surprizes. The pick up was on time and the desk was well wrapped and unloaded I was called for the delivery and my desk was assembled very well. Outstanding service. The people were great and also the whole process.Allied is a great company and it was a great experience. The way the crew loaded our goods, the way the crew unloaded our goods, and how the crew put everything where we wanted it. It was a great experience . I was totally satisfied with both of the moves I've used Allied with. I appreciated the fact that the driver stayed the same throughout the move.
