I had a delivery schedule problem and they went out of their way to help me. Normally they would give you four day, but they extended it to six at no extra cost. That really impressed me. The representative kept in touch with me by phone,was very personable,met with me at the storage unit and I was easily able to get into contact with him. The crew was great. They went out of their way to give me an early pickup and they were very nice, professional and cheerful. The driver constantly kept me updated on the progress of my move. The professionalism of the team and how hard one guy in particular worked because half the time he was alone. The man did a great job, he was polite and courteous and did everything perfectly. My neighbor had used Allied Van Lines previously. I called the same representative who had helped my neighbor for my own move. Allied did a good job and delivered the items when Allied was suppose to. Allied did everything that Allied promised to do. Allied Van lines is a great company and I am very pleased with our driver Mike Follis. I would like to congratulate him on doing an excellent job. My items were packed carefully, nothing was broken, there was good communication, and everything was handled very well. I've moved before with others and this was real easy. The people were friendly and I didn't have to worry about anything. I will use the service again and will recommend the service. The rep was thorough and the driver was kind and courteous. I tried to contact the manager to let them know how good the crew was.
