I used Allied before and they always do what they promise. The agent on the phone was very courteous. The entire move. From the time when the rep came for the estimate. Hisentire presentation was very smooth. Everyone was very prompt. They did an exceptional job and I was not used to that level of service. I had a lot of theft and broken goods in past moves. However I did have small damage to some furniture, not major minor. I would recommend that Allied send more people to unload. Only 2 crew members were sent out, but they did an excellent job. The professionalism duringpacking, unpacking, loading, and unloading most influenced my rating. I was pl Everything was on time. The way the furniture was handled was very good. The rep was very nice, and everything was set up really well. It was a good experience. Allied pricing is good, my family recommended Allied, and also it was the only company with a fair price that supplied the size truck. Everyonewas nice especially Bill the driver. The people who packed my goods did the loading and unloading also; they did a good job. The agent Linda did a good job too. I liked that fact theat the delivery team was on time and the team delivered my items without any damages. The whole moving process. From when the representative gave me the quote until I moved in. The sales managers name was Nicole and Nicole did a good job.
