I would like a manager to call me about the move because my glass coffee table is chipped on the end. I am upset because no one has contacted me about this issue. The move was good, but my coffee table is damaged. The care they took, the price of the move, the communication was good, the people in the office were great and so was the driver. It was great overall. Anything that has to do with loading is not applicable. We received the delivery. The delivery was from storage. Allied did a great job and I have no problems. The professionalism of the crew and the communication during the move. Daniel's Moving and Storage did an outstanding job of coordinating. Suewas the agent and she did an amazing job. The crew that packed things up and moved things in. Overall I was verysatisfied with them. I was not satisfied with the Moving Specialty Services. This was an overall good experience. My questions were answered promptly. The coordinator was especially helpful and kept open communication with me throughout the entire process. The coordinator was very good, and her willingness to work to with mewas great. Communication and caring was very good. The delivery was timely. One of the crew members was standing on my mattress. That was the only problem I had. The delivery team did everything that was suppose to be done and the driver kept in communication with me.
