Everything went smoothly, I only had one problem, loaders lied about the time they took to load, it took them only three hours instead of the nine hours that they said. Gilbert my driver was the best I ever had and knew what he was doing, him and his movers were very experienced with the loading and packing of the things in the truck. The entire experience was just wonderful, the communication was wonderful, the delivery was wonderful, I mean words can't express how satisfied I am. The total experience; the Allied rep was very knowledgable and informative. The driver and crew werevery warm and friendly. I never moved on my own an I think my coordinator was excellent. She followed up and she is a great representative for your company. The movers were just as excellent. The driver and crew were very professional and carried everything verywell. A television and lamp were damaged but the team mentioned and handled it up from with honesty. I'm very satisfied. All the loaders and unloaders were very professional. The whole move influenced my rating. The crew was careful about loading my goods. On delivery day the movers came when they said they would. They did what they said, were polite, careful and professional. The back of a chair was damaged and the leg of an ottoman was bent. The customer service aspect was great. Lisa Gonzalez spoke to the dispatch and the driver. I can't say enough bout Lisa. Lisa got everything set up for me and really went above and beyond. The personalities of the men. We could ask the crew anything. The crewwas willing to work with us at any time.
