Everything was quick, the communication was there and it seemed like the packers packed our things well. We haven't opened everything, but so far so good. Everything was done on time and as they promised it would be. I am very satisfied with Allied Van Lines. I thought the service I received from Roger, my coordinator and the salesperson were very helpful in getting involved with my move. The service, the capability, and the attitudes were good. The estimators were fabolous. Years ago when we moved we had horrible service until this move. There were no damages nor dings. It was perfect The salesperson did a much better job then any of the competitors, they were outstanding. Also the driver was very good as well as the crews. The promptness, courtesy, and care displayed by the Allied Van Lines moving staff during my moving process. The driver and crew had great attitudes, they knew what they were doing, came a day early which was great. Everything was excellent. I used Allied two times. The packers used a lot of packing material. Ihad some fragile things which were packed very well. The antiques were packed very well and were valuable and not damaged. All the people I dealt with was very courteous. I did have some damage. The backs of two chairs were broken off. The people who helped me pack were really nice. It was a really big job and they were just so nice about everything.
