Both the loading and unloading crews were great. The driver was very professional. I would definitely use Allied again and try to request the same driver. The crew kept the communications open w/ me. The crew made sure everything was the way I wanted it, even up to the day of del. The crew satisfied me in everyway. Just the professionalism of the entire company. Also the people who made the move possible. I was satisfied with everything. I liked that fact theat the delivery team was on time and the team delivered my items without any damages. I had some plants that needed to be moved and the rep told me they don't move plants, so I pulled them up and left the dirt, which was very expensive, butwhen I got my pots there was no dirt It was good communication at both end The driver was incredible. The driver made the experience pleasant, fun & cared about making sure things were the way we wanted. This was the best customer service I ever had. The rep, driver and crew were extremely courteous,efficient and helpful. Sammy, Freddie, Larry and Bruce were wonderful. I had so many valuables, not one was broken. For the price Allied charged, it was excellent. We will continue to stay with Allied in the future. I knew the local agent or Allied representative personally. The representative handled the entire move on my behalf and everything went according to plan. The care that the movers took in wrapping things and asking where things went influenced my rating. I recently had surgery and they were extra helpful, polite , and courteous. I liked the updates.
