Everything went as planned and I was very satisfied with Allied Van Lines. Randy, did a wonderful job. I would recommend Allied Van Lines to anyone. The delivery team arrived when they said they would, they delivered when they said they would, and they called and checked in while they were driving our goods. The agent I dealt with Roscoe Jordan. The agent was attentive, followed up, I didn't have to worry about anything, and he explained the rate guarantee. The team was personable and did everything we asked them to. They did a wonderful job of packing and getting us there. A surf board was damaged. I was shocked that the surf board wasn't bubble wrapped. The service was organized. The driver and crew was really nice. Thepackers and driver was great. The crew didn't not wrap the surf board that may How prompt the packers, loaders, and delivery ppl were. The crew told me they would deliver on Monday, but they delivered on Sunday. We're not happy with that. This is my sixth move that was professional and the delivery team was polite and did what was said.The move overall was great. The individual that came to pack my house and load it. The rep made us feel comfortable and explainedthe process to us because we had never did this before. The rep was very professional. The representative was right there on the day of the move with the driver and I had noticed that there were alot of quilts to protect my furniture. Because of their promptness, their friendliness, politeness, and everything was done the way I liked.
