It was very easy and seamless. The driver was accomadating, helpful, polite, did a good job and was very professional. The driver was also extremely careful with the items. The crew that loaded and unloaded were excellent, charming, and good guys. Gary and Don were their names. It was a good experience with the exception of the our cars being shipped. One of our cars were damaged. The experience with the driver himself and the time frame. Doug and Pattyarrived early. They are the most amazing drivers. They were friendly and conversational. The prices were good and the communication was excellent. The driver let me know their location the whole time. Everybody was careful and there wasn't a lot of damage. The courtesy that I got from everybody I dealt with. That's from the driver to the coordinator in the office. They just did everything that they said. One little problem was, I was quoted one price. Then when he was here, they called asked him to add $650 more. When he did, he added even more than that. The delivery team overall was excellent in every way. The woman who coordinated my move was fantastic and on top of the situation. my moving service overall was excellent. Nothing was broken. The packers asked questions and took extra precautions. The unloaders were careful. Both the packers and the unloaders were excellent. I liked that fact theat the delivery team was on time and the team delivered my items without any damages.
