The move was perfect and I don't have any complaints. My furniture is in great condition and it was a great experience. The professionalism of the crew. They tried real hard to get the goodspacked correctly. It has been a pleasant experience. This was the first time everything went smoothly. Nothing was broken and the driver was on top of things. Our other move was not as good. The overall delivery personnel was tops. I also had a move seven months ago with Allied as well and both of my moving experiences were excellent. The crew was very courteous. They made sure to have constant communicationwith us and also made sure not to damage anything. Everything was on time and nothing was damaged. I also had a tight schedule and they were able to work with me. Allied was the cheapest. The driver was nice, polite and helpful. The driver delivered when the driver said and contacted me when the driver said. It was a good experience. The driver was incredible. The driver made the experience pleasant, fun & cared about making sure things were the way we wanted. This was the best customer service I ever had. Everybody who helped from the driver to the person who did the estimate and the delivery team, was very friendly and communicated very well. The moving crew made it easier than I thought it would be.
