The move was done right. The quote that I was given was increased by $100 when the driver came to pick up my goods. My rating was influenced because everything that happened, was done ontime, and I didn't have to worry about anything. They were professional.The overall setting it up, getting the furniture packed, and stored influenced my rating. We got the same driver to pick up and load my items and deliver them.We also had a good crew on both ends of the move. The constant communication definitely put me at ease and I was happy with the speed with which the crew loaded and unloaded my goods. Everything went smoothly and the driver, crews, salesperson and coordinator was very nice and efficient. They were very nice and professional and careful with everything. The only problem is that the person who packed our kictchen, forgot to pack a shelfof glasses. Just overall, everything. The sales rep was always available, CarolynGreen. I am completely satisfied. It was the best move I ever had. The people who came to pack was excellent. The coordinator was wonderful. The movers kept me informed, and was very professional and I was very happy. Everything was perfect.There was no damage to any of my items.The driver was wonderful. I was expecting some things to be damaged, but nothing was damaged. I would want the same driver back.
