The moving coordinator, Angie Hansen, helped coordinate every step of the move. Angie was great and made sure we were satisfied. Our furniture arrived quicker than we had thought. We were very happy with the people that helped us move. The professionalism of the agent that came to my house. This was the fifth agent that I had come by my house in reference to the move, and he was the only one that fully explained the quote. I have moved quite a bit. This is the best move I have ever had. The driver was remarkable. The driver knows how to treat people. The only concern I had was some of the boxes were wet. Some of my bedding and clothes were delivered wet. The crew did a great job. My rating was influenced because I have been using the service since 1969. The crew did an excellent job and was very careful with my belongings. The packing and loading crew were excellent. I had two moves with Allied Van Lines. Both times were excellent experiences and I would rate them both a ten with the overall process. Everyone was terrific during the whole process. From the person who came to my house, to the driver, to the people who loaded and unloaded. All together Allied was great. Everything was put where I wanted. The driver was on time which is unusual because I have dealt with moving co before. The overall integrity of the movers I worked with the honesty and efficiency. I was tremendously pleased. The movers were very careful and courteous. The movers and I had great communication, considering the fact that I was in a different city.
