Allied came on time and did what I was told they would do. The driver was amazing. Anything I asked Allied to do was done. The driver,unloaders and loaders I would recommend Allied especially with this particular driver in my name. They took a little more time in caring for our things. I had no damage to my things like I have had in the past. I am very happy. The personalities I worked with. The promptness in which the del tm delivered. The care for everything. The delivery team was on time for everything, the communication with Allied was excellent and the team was very nice. The moving crew was very prompt, polite and careful. I was happy with the other two packers except the guy from Dallas who joined the moving crew in Plano, Texas. He put bottles on their sides and he wasirritated when taking instructions from me. The driver as well as the crew was very personable, friendly, careful with my items and very efficient. I was satisfied with the contact person by the name of Sherry Saddler and the delivery person by the name of Mr. Lee. I was very satisfied. Everything they said they were going to do theydid and everything they said, happened as it was supposed to. Overall it was a smooth process. The only issue I had was there were only two people for the unloading process but four for loading.
