Randy the driver was great. He was very organized. Randy was a tremendous help, he kept me informed on his location, and he arrived a day. My driver took care of the pick up and the delivery. I passed the rep on the way which was kind of bizarre. But the driver was Johnny on the spot and took care of everything. Everything was perfect and the rates were the best in the Lawrence Kansas area. The delivery team used an additional pickup truck to unload the delivery into the driveway because it was very steep and the street was too small for the big delivery truck. This is the third move in four years and it is the best I have had so far and I have already recommended Allied to someone. Everybody was very friendly and they worked very hard. They asked me if I needed anything. Tim was the driver and he knew where we came from and where we were going. I liked this process. We have always selected Allied and we have never been disappointed. The communication is terrific. Everyone tries to be careful and considerate of our request. The crew and drivers were very responsive to my qustions,I have never had a crew to load my goods and pack my goods so well I was very happy with themove and the service I received. The driver was excellent. The agent that came to my house and everything else was very well coordinated. The overall move was wonderful. The driver, packers, and unloaders were good. The way everyone handled our furniture was good. I liked Allied cust srvc. The packers packed my things good and the unloaders unloaded my things good.
